- Submit a return request within 30 days of receipt of your order to request a return
- Provide us with your name, order number, and reason for the return
- You will receive a response within 48 business hours with a RMA and return instructions
- Any items returned without prior authorization/notification will be refused delivery
Items that Qualify for Full Refund
- Any item you receive that is the wrong size due to our error is eligible for full refund or exchange
- Any jewelry you receive that is damaged or missing parts due to our error is eligible for full refund or exchange
Items that Don’t Qualify for a Full Refund or Exchange
- Any item returned without authorization/notification and RMA number clearly written on the package
- Any unopened jewelry item in original condition returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item returned without their original product packaging or with signs of wear will be refused
- Any item that has been engraved, altered, or resized in any way cannot be accepted for return
- We do not accept buyer’s remorse returns
- If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please provide a photo of the item and we will send a replacement.
Receiving a Full Refund or In-house credit
We’ll issue a refund or in-house credit once we receive and process your return. Returns will be processed within 72 business hours. For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your in-house credit/refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
- 1-2 business days to approve your return
- 5-10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 2-3 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank or PayPal to process our refund request
If your return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll issue an in-house credit up to $3.00 to cover the return shipping costs upon receipt of the return. We recommended mailing the returned item to us in a padded envelope or in the original box via USPS First Class Mail.
If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
RMA number must be CLEARLY written on the outside of the package. Packages without RMA will be refused delivery.Submit A Return
